“I was born and raised on the Gold Coast and started working at McDonald’s as soon as I was old enough. I stayed there for several years and progressed to Department Manager, which gave me a solid grounding in team operations and customer service.
At YFS I work in lending, managing the setup and progression of loan applications. I coordinate with all relevant parties, from clients to lenders, to make sure everything moves smoothly from start to settlement.
I’ve always been interested in finance and maths, so it’s great to now be working in an area that aligns with those strengths. I’m particularly focused on making the loan process straightforward and stress-free for our clients by managing the details behind the scenes.
Outside of work, I enjoy go-karting and camping with friends and family.”
