I grew up in Hanoi, Vietnam, and my first job was Fraud Prevention Specialist at HSBC USA. From a very young age I have always liked numbers and maths is my strength. Money is just numbers to me – and I love numbers!
My role here is chasing up documents from clients to help them get their loan approved as quickly as possible, and helping our brokers, accounting team & any other third party required to get the job done; I also help prepare loan applications & submissions, liaising with lenders and solicitors to obtain loan approval & get our clients’ loans to settlement.
I treat each loan application as if it were my own. I feel satisfied & rewarded when I get clients the loan that they want in a timely manner, with least convenience for them as well.
Outside of work I enjoy taking quiet time for myself, or travelling to new places that I have never been to.
