We are here to support the clients in every aspect of their property investment journey, from strategy, to researching, analysing, sourcing, and securing the property. We help them through the contract process and obtaining finance for their investment. Once settled, we move into the project management of the build, overseeing communication and actions for a seamless and stress-free build experience for our clients. We then continue on into guiding and supporting our clients through the handover period, right through to ensuring they find the right Property Manager to manage their property!

This stunning home (pictured) was created for a high-end client whose strategy is to build a portfolio of executive-level investment properties in desirable areas with premium quality finishes. This home is located in Morningside which is just 7km’s from Brisbane CBD. The cost base of this property for the land, build, pool and landscaping was approx. $1.65m; now that the house is finished, the current valuation on this property would be approx. $2.2m+ and it has just rented for $1600 p.w, which is excellent! The client was actively involved in the process and has done an outstanding job with the finishing touches to this property, and has certainly been rewarded for following their strategy and executing as proposed.
